Natalie embarked on her journey at COG Aggregation in November 2023.

With over 25 years in the finance industry, she began in the commercial banking sector at Westpac Banking Corporation in Perth and Melbourne before moving to the third-party lender BDM space.

Her diverse background in residential, commercial, and asset finance lending led her to the aggregation space with FAST (Finance & System Technology). During her 11-year tenure at FAST/LMG, she had the privilege of working closely with broking businesses, facilitating their growth and diversification.

As she embraces the next chapter at COG, Natalie is super excited to be working with existing broking partners and to lead the expansion of the member base across Western Australia.

In her spare time, you can find Natalie soaking up the sun at the beach, spending time on her boat, exploring the scenic south, and enjoying time with her family, her dog Rolo, and friends.
