Jennifer Sheridan has been an integral part of the COG Aggregation team since November 2019. With her steady hand and sharp eye of detail, she oversees the day-to-day operation of our WA head office, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Before joining COG Aggregation, Jennifer built her career across the finance, retail and manufacturing sectors, gaining hands-on experience in roles that demanded both strategic thinking and operational finesse. With several years under her belt as a Business Manager, she’s well-versed in account management, cash flow and payment, streamlining processes, and handling technical documentation with ease. Jennifer is also the WA state representative for the national YBR Broker Forum (formerly known as VOW Financial).

Driven by a passion for continuous improvement and growth, Jennifer is committed to helping the business meet its goals while fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace.

When she’s not managing the hustle at the office, Jennifer’s out exploring the world—dedicated to making sure the number of countries she’s visited always stays ahead of her age.
